Recently called into the HSBC to enquire about switching bank accounts and opening an investment bond. We were quickly booked in with Kennedy who took us through the process and options and timeframes, assuring us that everything would be taken care of from start to finish. Just a few weeks on we have a new bank account and investments up and running. Can not say enough thanks to Kennedy for her professional and seamless assistance, she is a credit to the bank/ branch for her customer service.

Had an issues making a payment on my app Popped into local beach, thankfully one is left open rather than closing them, spoke to a clever lad called Babucarr Gaye and within minutes got it all sorted Please don’t close anymore beaches, some of us like to have human face to face interaction
