⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for HSBC Westgate If there were more than five stars, they’d get them. From the moment I walked in, there was warmth — not the corporate kind, but the human kind. Molly in particular shone like a lighthouse. She didn’t just help me find my way into the safe house of banking, she gave me calm, clarity, and that quiet confidence that everything would be alright. Bank statements and security codes might sound dull to most, but here they became stepping-stones out of the fog. Molly turned admin into joy, and I left feeling lighter, safer, and genuinely cared for. HSBC Westgate isn’t just a branch; it’s a sanctuary. And Molly is its heart.

Had an issues making a payment on my app Popped into local beach, thankfully one is left open rather than closing them, spoke to a clever lad called Babucarr Gaye and within minutes got it all sorted Please don’t close anymore beaches, some of us like to have human face to face interaction

My husband died a year ago. He had previously dealt with our finances so, as a lady ‘of a certain age I had to familiarise myself with such details. Slightly scary. I called in to make some arrangements and was fortunate enough to be helped by Rokeya Chenin who was so helpful, kind and efficient. She gently introduced me to the wonders of electronic banking. I was somewhat reluctant but am very grateful for her advice and guidance even though my proficiency level is not terribly impressive. I called again today and she helped me with the Rewards credit card and was again very helpful as was everyone else I encountered. Karen, ‘front of house’ and another lady whose name I didn’t catch. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. Instead of being a scary experience, it was an absolute pleasure.

Went into HSBC Branch today ..I haven't been in a Branch for years. I was kindly and curtisously seen by a young lady called Marie who was so dedicated, understanding caring personally and efficient. She made me feel at ease, no rush and gave a fantastic professional assistance. Recommend the branch and this fantastic lady
