You can be waiting a long time queueing in this branch, not enough staff for the volume of customers they get.
Useless... closing time is now 15.30 What to do if you're working person and you can't finish earlier to fit for this opening hours? Not everyone is all day available. Open branch even one hour longer would be more friendly for working people (which are customers as well)
the branch is acceptable but despite two tills often one person seems to be bogged down with someone making a dozen faster payments, some old granny paying £1 in to each of her 8 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildrens accounts or someone faffing around trying to load mobile banking on their iphone-- you can spend 20 plus mins in here with one person in front in the queue but del;ay with all the aforesaid issues.
Called here recently only to get a bag of £1 coins, after some unnecessary questions from the staff, it turned out that they wouldn't do it because I didn't bank with them. It would have taken them less than 1 minute to do
I would like to thank all of Lloyd's bank for all their help and support, which they have gone above and beyond, following my mum's death and we had to sort out her affairs, they made a difficult situation, a little better, so for that, I would like to say a very heart felt thank you. J& k lockwood
