went to enquire about an account switch as I’d been trying to do it online but it kept saying my phone number was wrong. The lady behind the counter was really helpful as I’d been into the Leeds branch and they’d put my phone number in the wrong box which is why it wasn’t working. Issue quickly resolved!
Came in branch at weekend for my son to open a account, the lady that helped us was so friendly and helpful. My son didn't have the correct ID on him so she nicely advised if we go and get it he can come back and open one. Her customer service skills was impeccable.

Really bad expense this bank, the member of staff seemed out of her depth, maybe not her fault, however when I complained she was extremely rude and literally put the phone down on me. The manager of the branch has never made any effort to contact me with regards to the behaviour of their member of staff. Pretty poor experience in all.
The best I have seen so far in the UK. This bank is located in the town and is less than half a kilometer away from the Wakefield bus station. The staff are very helpful and cooperative, in particular Elisha whi has been very kind to patiently explain and provide with missing information. It didn't feel like a bank and did enjoy the visit
