Went into the TSB, to discuss my sons savings account and was met by the rudest, uninterested, arrogant member of staff at the main counter. Decided to close the account with receiving this attitude. When I asked for the cash paying in £50 notes I was told only foreigners usually ask for £50’s. Withdraw all the money and went to another bank! Done with TSB
I really wish google could start giving options for zero stars because this bank is prime example of incompetence and shady activities. I really wish people could read reviews before opening an account
Went to deposit a large cash amount no one there except one woman. Cash machines can only take £2500 in cash per day,no one on desk (Saturday) to accept cash, apparently you can't on a Saturday! Ridiculous, they've closed local branches and run a skeleton staff on a Saturday. I made a special effort to go ,as I live a drive away and pay to.park , had to wait 30 mins, theres no Privacy and no security.in the past they had someone behind a window ,where you could deposit cash in the Dropbox and watch the cashier count it.now they give you a receipt for the amount you say your depositing then disappear in the back to check it. I find this disturbing and anti social to say the least. Standards are poor,customer service is poor too. Tsb need to uo their game.
Went in to make a straightforward cash & cheque deposit, was pushed to use machine, it took 2 staff nearly 5 mins to get the machine to take it, that would have taken 1 or 2 minutes at the counter. Then they say it's cheaper to use the machine!! Was also told they don't take deposits at counter, since when did ATMs accept coins. To be fair the staff did use the machine for me. I have been a long standing loyal customer here, but that now counts for NOTHING.
I was in Wakefield and urgently needed to make a payment to a company. After being on hold with customer service for over an hour over the phone, I decided to visit this branch and I'm so glad I did as the service I received there was exceptional. Sam and Ryan were amazing from start to finish and help me with the issue I had. I was really impressed with their level of customer service as I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time. Thanks again Sam and Ryan for helping me resolve the issue.
