A fantastic customer service from Geely Wakefield. Sam was brilliant from our first test drive to delivery of the car. I would definitely recommend Cars 2 Geely.
Very polite and helpful service from Sam, and the test drive was excellent. The car is great to drive and overall the experience at Geely Wakefield was positive. After purchase, I encountered an issue with charging. I chose the free £500 Octopus Electroverse public charging voucher, as I already had a home charger. I later found that OVO Energy’s Charge Anytime tariff does not support Geely vehicles or my Sync EV charger. This wasn’t explained at the time of purchase and would have influenced my decision, as I would have opted for the Anderson A3 charger instead. Sam did try to help and contacted head office, but unfortunately nothing could be changed once the voucher was processed. Better guidance on charging and energy supplier compatibility would have avoided this situation.
