Cars2 Geely Wakefield

Perfect experience over the past couple of weeks with Sam at Cars2 Geely. Part exchanged my car for a great price and was given a great deal on a new car. Service was 10/10 from start to finish, I will definitely be returning when looking to sell my now current car!

I heard about the Geeley EX5 in September, before it was properly announced in the UK, due to its success launch and adoption in Australia earlier this year. We loved the look and the price tag of the car and booked what may have been one of the first test drives in the country with Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process. He demoed the car very well, showing us all of the features and he was able to answer many of our random curve ball questions with honesty and ease. We felt very reassured after the test drive and we were keen to make a purchase. Sam advised us of the various limited time offers Geely have put in place to help with their initial roll out into the UK market taking around 15-20% off the price of the MAX model, which suddenly made the car a no brainer to buy especially when you compare what you get vs comparable models offered by KIA/ Hyundai etc. Even at the full price it was very competitive. The rest of the process was very smooth. We had to wait for the first shipment to arrive in the UK, but Sam kept us up to date throughout and was always very responsive by email or phone. Pickup was very easy. Just a couple of forms to sign, payment to be made, and the keys to our old beaten up car handed over which we traded in as part of the offers. It's been 24 hours, but we have loved the car so far - no issues as of yet, but Sam has reassured us that they are more than happy to help or answer any questions should something arise. The only other thing to note is that Geely is a new brand to the UK, so we were concerned about the dealership and support network. I think at the moment there are 25 across the UK, expanding to 50 in the coming months, so we don't feel like we will ever be far from one should something unlikely happen! Its reassuring to go to a garage where the service is professional and accommodating to my needs. Sam was not pushy but available with just the right amount of assistance. We actually brought 2 cars as we felt the car and the process was straightforward and reasonable price aswell. I part exchanged my tesla that I found very impersonal and difficult to get support for. I already feel settled with using the Geely as the whole package is much better than the tester Well worth the money
