Really happy with our new Seat Ibiza, Christian was so helpful and informative and didn't apply any pressure for the sale. He gave us lots of options as we were unsure what car we wanted at first . He went above and beyond with the help of his manager Craig to tailor the deal for us. We wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future. Great job !

Very friendly staff but not pushy. Jack was polite, informative & very helpful, along with his colleagues who kept me informed of everything. Very helpful when collecting my new car & doing the handover. Made sure everything was set up & working before I left the garage & was very generous with the fuelling of my new car. Overall, a good experience with the garage & would recommend them if you're looking for your next vehicle.

We recently purchased a Seat Leon Estate through the Motability scheme at Cars2 Wakefield, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. After long time researching online and advice from experienced mechanics I made a decision what car I wanted. I had a long wish list for the features in the car I was planning to buy. I went to a few dealerships, but the only place where I actually eventually bought the car is Cars 2 Seat Wakefield. Jack Smith was totally amazing. He was patient, listen to my long wish list and found me the right car with everything I wanted in it. I refused to compromise on anything. All wish list boxes have been ticked and I got a lot more amazing features as well. There was no pressure, no stress, no dramas, every question was answered. Jack even stayed after working hours to make sure the car is right for me. Also, for me to buy a new car I needed to settle my previous car pcp finance half term without any cost to me. That was another condition non negotiatable. That wasn't a problem. All has been arranged and sorted by Jack and Craig at Cars 2 Seat Wakefield. Jack and Craig done the hard work for me, got settlement figure and the offer for the car covered my pcp settlement on my previous car. Also, I recieved beautiful thank you gift from the dealership just because I chose them to buy my new car. All the snacks, coffee and wine so much appreciated. Perfect for my birthday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised I have to admit. I truly didn't expect it at all. While choosing and picking up our vehicle was a good experience and flawless I feel that the after sales leaves a lot to be desired compared to other dealers we have dealt with. Our car is due its first service, and in an email we were told that the vehicle could be collected from our home, we could have a courtesy car. On booking the service we were told that we could only have one or the other, because they would not bring a courtesy vehicle when picking up the vehicle as I would have to go to the dealership to complete insurance forms (surely this could be done when collecting our vehicle). I then said just come and collect the vehicle and forget the courtesy car, I was then told that they did not have a driver and would not have a driver in the future. It then transpired that the dealership would not drop a courtesy car off anyway because I live out of a 15 mile radius of the dealership, we live 17 miles from the dealership. We have never had these problems with other dealerships. This is the 3rd vehicle we have had from this dealership over the years, but it will be the last.
