DISHONEST Seller Sold me a Faulty Car and ignored all contact. I Purchased a 2015 kia ceed . 101000 miles for £3200 from this trader. on 27.03.2025.soon after Purchase I discovered Serious engine fault Burning Oil Excessively. I had car inspected by independent garage Who confirmed the engine is burning oil Excessively. also Confirmed the engine issue is a long term problem . and would have been there when the car was sold to me. The cost of Repairs is quoted at £2300 nearly full Value of Car. the trader did not disclose engine fault at point of sale. I Have contacted the trader numerous times via email text phone and post. to try and resolve the Matter.But have been Completely Ignored. This is a Clear Lack of transparency and Accountability. I Do not Recommend this Seller. I advise anyone thinking of Buying a Car TO AVOID this Seller.

Needed a car as mine was written off went to Piccadilly motors bought a tiguan with a great price had a small issue which was fixed strait away. Had a excellent service even after buying the car answered all the questions I had asked. I highly recommend Piccadilly motors to anyone looking to buy a car with great customer service. Would definitely be using again next time Thanks Piccadilly motors

I must say that there is a couple of bad reviews for this company and things happens but I have had a great experience with this company from start to finish, the sales guys and owner are very upfront and are good at keeping you up dated even out of hours.they went the extra mile for me,went to look at a Citroen c3 picasso and before i went to view they made me aware that it needed some bodywork no problem i though at least they told me,when viewing the vehicle I noticed the pan glass roof was cracked and the rear tail light was cracked i mention this to the sales guy and was assured they would be fixed and sure enough they was,after having to get a new pan roof from main Citroen dealer and also getting it fitted,also bodywork and rear light done,this company would defo have lost money on this vehicle deal but credit where due they did what they said they would and didn't cancel the deal.top class service from start to finish. Thank you again

Terrible, avoid at all cost, DO NOT USE!!!!! I bought a car and was told it had a month warranty. When I got home discovered that passenger door would not unlock or lock with key, so rang them and explain it was a safety issue. Basically after several phone calls by sales person told the warranty didn't exist and they wouldn't fix the problem. He tried to make out the problem happened after the sold it. No, I didn't discover it, until I got home. Do not buy a car from this company they are complete con merchants! In response to your reply. I was neither rude or threatening to your sales person. I asked him to help. He told me in a (I'm not bothered at all attitude) that you would not honour your warranty or help me. He said 'ill look at it but doubt I can do anything'. Which is not very helpful. I'm reporting your business to Trading standards for selling a dangerous vehicle. In response to your claim that I bought the vehicle at a reduced cost, it was reduced because the second key it was advertised with didn't work at all...It's very easy to state I was rude as a deflection technique but your sales person, the person I was sat with and myself know that what you said in your response simply isn't true. I have also noticed several other reviews stating that once your company sells a vehicle your simply not bothered. Shame on you!

I bought a car from them in January and 33 days later a spring broke and I couldn't drive it. (Struggled to turn corners) Warranty they set me up with would not cover it and it took a week, forwards and backwards, contacting them. My local garage did a full diagnostic on it and said all sorts needed fixing! It was falling apart. They felt so sorry for me because I had just bought it they didn't charge me their diagnostic fee. Picadilly didn't want to know originally, I had to wait 4 more days for 'the boss' and then I didn't hear anything so I had to contact them again. It took a negative review for them to step up, but wouldn't fix the spring unless I removed the negative review, then accused me of blackmail when I said I'll remove it when you fix it? Wanted me to pay for the labour if they paid for the parts!? I refused and they did end up paying for it all. They also refused to fix all the other things that were wrong with it too. It was advertised with reversing sensors and I specifically said I wanted one with reversing sensors, silly me didn't check if they actually worked! They didn't. That knocked the price down selling it on. I was without a car for 2 weeks which was obviously a HUGE inconvenience. I've got rid of the car now. I am £1500 out of pocket after selling it on. Waste of money, waste of time and caused alot of unnecessary stress.
