When quoting a price over the phone it seemed like the cost for the whole service, they failed to mention it was per hour until 1 hour had passed🙄. Had another lady on the phone a couple months after and there was no issue with correctly quoting a price. I know nothing about cars, had to have someone I know explain to me that a certain advisory (ticked on the sheet given to me) should be fixed as soon as possible. But as a car dealership why can’t they give a hint as to which on the list should be fixed first. Red. Amber, Green checklist - but no advice on what to do first if more than one thing is Red? The place is very clean and comfortable to sit in😊
