I needed to replace my car a bit sooner than I anticipated, and everyone at SB could not have been more helpful. We discussed my particular needs, and was shown a good selection of models. The process was unhurried and there was no pressure - staff were keen to make sure I found a car that I would be really happy with and were very knowledgeable about the different models. The sales process was extremely efficient. I was offered a very fair part-exchange price for my old car, and a replacement that is comfortably in my budget. Every stage of the process and each document was carefully explained. It couldn't have been easier, and I'm delighted with the new car. Everyone at SB Wakefield is so friendly and helpful - which is why I've been using them for many years.

Would be cautious part exchanging a vehicle as they offer a very low amount, even though you are “assured” you are getting a really good price. A slap in the face when they list it for sale several thousands more on their forecourt. Vehicle I purchased was unclean, work the was promised was halfarsed completed even though we were assured it would be done to a high standard. Overall I would recommend, you will get a better service and price for your old car elsewhere.

Great service from SB Wakefield and a big shout out to Steve Bottom who was fantastic throughout my Citroen C3 purchase, its rare to have such a rapport with a car salesman, wonderful interaction, professional, helpful, knowledgable, and no pressure whatsoever, great sense of humour too!
