I was a initially concerned about purchasing a car from here after reading a few old reviews. I rang them up told them my concerns then went down to look at the car I was interested in .. the gentleman just let me look around the car .. not pushy at all ..I asked them loads of questions and I mean loads ... they were very transparent with me and my wifey .. I asked them if they would give me a few hours after buying the car to check it out at a garage, and make sure there's no damage that's not visible to someone like me who doesn't have knowledge, which they agreed to... (I also got it in writing). The car is in good shape and condition for it's age, with only a few minor things expected but nothing to moan about. All I can say is I had a good experience, got a decent car and never felt like I was getting ripped off... 9 out 10

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta from this dealership and unfortunately the car had serious pre-existing mechanical faults that were not disclosed at the time of sale. From the day of purchase, the vehicle was in limp mode and had exhaust/emissions issues, meaning it could not run properly. I later discovered that a family member had bought a different car from the same dealership, which also turned out to be in limp mode and severely underpowered. This suggests a worrying pattern. Both cars had to be inspected by independent mechanics shortly after purchase. One required a turbo replacement, and the other was diagnosed as needing a full engine replacement. These are not minor issues and clearly existed before the vehicles were sold. The dealership provided paperwork stating that the cars were covered by a warranty, but when we tried to claim, the warranty was not honoured, and we were unable to get proper support or repairs through the seller. As a result, one car had to be traded in elsewhere at a significant loss. I feel the vehicles were misrepresented and that we were not treated fairly as customers. I would strongly advise others to have any car independently inspected before buying from this dealership.

Bought a small hatchback here a few months ago and it’s been running perfectly since. The process was easy and they helped sort out the paperwork without any fuss. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a reliable used car.
