Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wakefield

Rented a standard SUV for my get away in wales for the weekend, got to enterprise and was greeted by some amazing staff. I ended up with a luxury small SUV as that’s all they had and I couldn’t have been happier with it I had no extra to pay for it either! Car was brilliant and staff are really helpful. When returning the car everything was as easy as when I collected it no problems and staff were just as great and helpful, everything went smoothly and I have just had my deposit returned with no issues. All round a fantastic experience and rental I will definitely be using again in the future and be recommending to family and friends. Thanks again for the great service!

Had a rental through insurance. Enterprise very quick to contact and arrange collection of a vehicle. All staff wereexcellent. Car was clean, tidy and really enjoyed having it. Would definitely recommend Enterprise Wakefield and use again if needed. Thank you

Overall, I had a good experience with Enterprise. The vehicle was clean, in good condition, and everything went smoothly during the rental. However, I was very unhappy with the return process. Three days before the return date, I confirmed by phone that I would return the car on Monday, which was agreed. My insurance also covered the vehicle for the full Monday. On Sunday night, I returned from London at around 4:00 a.m. and went straight to sleep as I was very tired. Despite already confirming the return for Monday, I received a phone call at around 8:30 a.m. asking when I would bring the car back. This call woke me up and caused unnecessary stress. I also had difficulty understanding the caller. I feel this call was unnecessary, as I had already clearly communicated the return date. This negatively affected what was otherwise a positive experience.

Had to use courtesy car as mine was getting fixed. I was happy with the service from beginning to end. Lady at reception who gave me the car explained everything properly and was so polite. Every call I encountered after they was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
