Had mini valet tonight, got home and noticed they have scratched my car really badly! A £20 mini valet is now going to cost me a lot of money to put it right and we won’t be using them again.
Awful. Strongly recommend people avoid First issue was price. On arrival the sign says £50 for a full valet (not from £50 or £50+ just £50) this seemed about right as have previously paid £45 ish elsewhere and the car is small. The person we spoke to however said he wanted £70. We said no thanks but he continued to try to haggle until he finally agreed £50. Inhindsight should have walked away anyway at this point and used somewhere else but they were persistent. Specifically asked when the car would be ready and if it would be dry enough to sit in by then, we were told it would be ready and dry about an hour before we needed to pick up the car so this seemed like it would be ok so we left the car for a full valet. On picking up the car the seats were still very damp, enough to leave a wet patch on jeans. Inside the dashboard was covered in an oily substance. I'm guessing this was a cleaning product they hadn't bothered to wipe off so I had to reclean all the dashboard the same day. There is now also an awful smell that comes from the air vents that wasn't there before which they tried to cover up with 6 (yes six) awful smelling airfresheners. The absolute kicker though is when we got out of the car we realised one door on the car is covered in small circular scratches like they buffed the car door with something rough so we now need to get the scratches buffed out. So TL;DR Avoid like the plague

Staff and hospitality is pretty good but car washing and drying is not satisfactory.
Took my car here for the first time today and got a £15 mini valet. Car was a mess beforehand and now looks cleaner than when I bought it. The guys are lovely too, can't fault the customer service at all. Great quality work done quickly while I waited. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I'll definitely be going back. Thanks guys! 👍
