Used these for years and pre covid they were class. Now, they rush your car inside 10 minutes, don’t gloss your wheels anymore and they’ve also increased their price from £5 to £7 inside 6 months. Their loyalty card was also a unique selling point and they got rid of that too. Won’t be using these anymore as my car always has streak marks cos they use dirty cloths and also my wheels are never clean
Really poor - charged £10 for a Ford Kuga (not even a 7 seater which they advertise as £8!) They missed loads of parts of the car which I had to wipe over and made a terrible job of drying it off afterwards, leaving a lot of streaks down the back of the car. Seriously, any number of hand car washes that are better value and better service in the local area
Advetise £6 for cars and £8 for by 4×4 then charge £7 !!! When queried it was due to a.medium car.....should state actual cost on entering or advertise small and medium cars as different prices.
Do a good job but gone up 50% in 12 months, was £10 then £12 now £15 for my van
Friendly and do a good job. Just a shame that their unique selling point (their loyalty card scheme) has been cancelled. 10 washes then a free one, but that's no more unfortunately. It used to be 5 washes, then the 6th free quite a while ago. I think I'll have to seriously consider using other hand car washes in the future, there's no real incentive anymore to use them. I bet they'll loose some customers by doing this, I'm probably one of them
