Booking was very easy. When I arrived I was cordially greeted with a lovely hand made coffee and biscuits. After completing a patient history I was shown into an immaculate surgery with restful decoration and very modern equipment. The dentist listened attentively as I described my issues then explained the proposed treatment plan. I had to sign a patient treatment acceptance form and agree to a disclaimer relating to outcomes. Treatment was professional and comprehensive. At all times I was kept informed of progress. I as asked if I was satisfied with the treatment received and if I had any issues of which there were none. I paid the invoice and left very much the better and a lot happier. At all times I was treated with dignity and respect. All receipts and forms were then emailed to me for my record. Conclusions: very professional team with acceptable prices and care delivered as and when required by a competent, caring and respectful professional team. The cost is a little higher than standard dental consultation but considering it was out of hours and immediately available I personally feel that is good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice for emergency treatment out of hours.

I had a good experience with this dental practice. I went for a routine checkup and a hygiene appointment. Dr Sara and Sofya were very quick and thorough. I liked their professionalism as well. The practice is very modern and is decorated to a high standard. All the staff seem to be approachable and friendly. They explained everything in a calm manner so it was easy to understand them. I would recommend Northgate Dental. The prices are competitive as well.

I came here for an emergency appointment and treatment and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff here. I’m incredibly anxious about any dentist, but they were so lovely, kind, and patient. Even the waiting room is warm and welcoming, and feels nothing like a clinic - this is how all dentists should be!
