I had a check-up and teeth cleaning at Smile Design Studio in Wakefield today with Daniela and I’m really happy with the service. She was friendly, professional and made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. My teeth feel great and the whole visit was a really positive experience. Highly recommended.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Smile Design Studio. The services did not meet my expectations, especially considering the prices charged. Communication was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The overall professionalism was lacking, and the results were not what I was promised or led to expect. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer care, transparency, and service quality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
