Rang and left a message for someone to contact me to register and book in as a new private patient. When I received no reply I then emailed to request same and was completely ignored on both occasions. Very poor experience !
I've been a patient here for many years and cannot praise the whole practice enough. Joe (my dentist) is first class, as is Nicola (hygienist) and all other staff, including the ladies on reception who always greet me cheerily. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.
Brilliant practice! The staff really know their stuff. I never feel rushed and they go out of their way to be helpful. Also love that they open into the evening so I can have appointments after work. Keep up the great work!
I was a dentist phobic and Zoe and Nicola and Louise have been responsible in completely turning my fear on its head and now I am not scared of the dentist whatsoever anymore because of how amazing the staff are at St Michael's dental practice. I actually look forward to going in and always have a laugh. The staff here gave me my smile back and I can never thank them enough for changing my life.
I have been a patient for 13 years. I have really bad anxiety and the staff always make me feel at ease. So much that this is one of my few safe spaces ☺️
