I had been referred from Warren House after a failed extraction, so I arrived feeling anxious—but from the moment the procedure began, I felt completely reassured. The tooth had a difficult and unusual placement, yet Dr. Prianka remained incredibly calm, confident, and focused throughout. My partner, who stayed in the room the entire time, also commented on her remarkable calmness and professionalism. What stood out most was her dedication to achieving the best possible outcome. She didn’t hesitate to call in a colleague when needed, showing true teamwork and patient-first care rather than ego. A special thank-you to the surgeon who stepped in and helped ensure the procedure went smoothly. Their combined expertise made a difficult situation feel safe, controlled, and well-managed. I was referred to Mount Dental by my own Dentist for a pre molar root extraction which was below the gum line. The operation was performed by Dr Ben Beyqi, he immediately made me feel at ease and explained what would happen. Zero pain, I was just aware of slight pressure then he said that's all finished. I couldn't believe how quickly it was removed without knowing it. Its now the day after and recovery looks to be going well. Follow the aftercare instructions and you'll be fine. He took the time to explain the entire procedure and aftercare instructions thoroughly. He is clearly a very skilled dentist, as the extraction was quick and painless. Before I left, he provided a written summary of the aftercare instructions, which was extremely helpful. I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received. I was referred to The Mount Dental Practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. The communication from the practice was great-they rang to arrange an appointment, sent confirmation and reminder emails and rang the evening before my appointment to confirm my attendance. Even details like parking instructions were sent in an email, which was so helpful and one less thing for me to look up prior to attending. My dentist Dr Matthew Bullock and the dental nurse provided fantastic care. I was nervous as I have heard people have had bad experience with wisdom tooth extractions but I can honestly say for me it was quick, smooth and virtually painless! The aftercare instructions and what to do in case of complications were clear, with written information provided. Unfortunately I developed dry socket and had to be seen again. The team provided me with a next day appointment and yet again I saw Dr Matthew Bullock who treated me promptly and my pain disappeared virtually instantly when I had been taking regular analgesia the previous few days. He is clearly a highly skilled professional and an asset to the practice. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

This dental practice in Mount is quite poor. They frequently change dentists, and I believe most of them are still students. It seems like they are learning on us, then leaving afterward. They lack full knowledge, and patients often have to visit two or three times because they don't know what to do or lack sufficient experience.
