Ive been with trinity house for over 4 years having my brace treatment. Staff members both reception and in the treatment area are always lovely , welcoming and happy to help. They are kind and know how to handle care without being rude or belittling. Brilliant option for many treatments!

My daughter was well cared for by the Trinity House team for 2 and half years her case proved a little more awkward than first thought so had longer treatment than planned but the staff were amazing throughout the process. Happy to answer any questions or concerns. Always friendly and kind. The results have been worth the 2 plus years , her teeth are beautiful and look amazing.Thank you to the whole team, including the reception staff always helpful and the behind the scenes team who kept us safe on visits with cleanliness as we were exiting the covid years . Keep up the great work making people happy to smile 😁

Trinity House has been outstanding. My daughter started her treatment with them as a 9 year old. Dirk explained the treatment plan - she couldn't have fixed braces until all of her adult teeth were through - so we started with a Frankel brace (which worked wonders) and then the fixed braces when she was older. Five years of treatment have been worth it - her teeth are perfect, and I have a very happy 14 year old! We have always been made to feel at ease, and all of the team have been great, but Kelly and James, in particular, have been amazing. They are professional and caring, offering the reassurance and encouragement that a young girl (and her mum) needed. Thank you so much, Trinity House!
