What a lovely place this is! The reception staff and practice manager are so polite and friendly, make you feel welcome as soon as you enter. The dentists I see and have seen have been very professional and always done the best, and are always open to lots of questions. If you are looking for a great dentist with excellent service and want to feel as relaxed as possible then defo become a patient here.
I don't visit the dentist often but when I do, it's for a check up & clean. In the past, other practices have lost my confidence as they've missed a stain or two, but never so at Wrenthorpe Dental Care! After every visit to the practice, I've left happy with spotless clean teeth. Haven't been to any other practice since.
I was sad to learn my usual dentist had left the practice. A few years back he helped me get through some procedures I required and made me feel braver about going to the dentist in general. I had no complications or complaints. Today I visited a different dentist at the same practice who I wouldn’t recommend him for nervous or phobic patients. He appeared to have little patience, compassion or time for me and seemed to prefer speaking to my partner about treatment rather than myself. Even though my treatment would be passed along to another dentist on site, I doubt I would return to this practice unless I was out of options in Wakefield. The receptionist and dental assistant were both very warm and pleasant. It was appreciated, a little kindness can go a long way.
I received excellent treatment and advice on keeping my teeth healthy and white. I purchased the Boutique Whitnening kit, the process of creating the brace for my teeth was explained and performed with comfort and the results after 6 weeks of applying the gel was amazing. I would definitely recommend the Team at Wrenthorpe Dental Care :) you are im good hands!
Cannot recommend Natalie enough,I hated having my teeth cleaned before but now it doesn't bother me at all. She is really thorough, gentle and informative and puts you totally at ease . Also the surgery made me feel very safe in the current circumstances
