Absolutely appalling service towards my partner Debra Grindrod appointments run half an hour late and beyond twice in the same day as well by two different doctors! Lucky to get 2 appointments in one day you might say? The reason for this was i had to argue for another appointment as the first one ran so late i had to leave to go to work finally got back to 5.15 appointment to be seen at 5.50 by a doctor who was more concerned about getting her daughter a lift from school i was sat in the room for at least 5 more minutes before she was acknowledged.

I called for a same day appointment and spoke to a triage nurse Becky who was so helpful, understanding and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so lovely and made me feel so happy that we have people like her working for the Nhs. When you feel so low and Becky just picked me up. Thank you Becky

Well I have a phone appointment with the doctor and I have ask for avamys spray nasal ad I'm using my wife one and is very good for my allergy, she told me yesterday yes and pick up next day,I went to the pharmacy to collect and know what she proscribed a diferente one call Mametasone, so what was the part off me asking for Avamys that she didn't understand? Again me spending money for something that I didn't ask for it,I'm getting tired of doctor prescribing something I didn't ask and get to go again to ask for the right medication and spending more money, who will pay for the prescription that I didn't ask and I pay for it????????
