First appointment. Having been sat here for an hour I saw a woman (who arrived half hour after me) go in to see my doctor before me! Apparently she was more important because she had chest pains! Surely then she should have gone to A&E? Typical NHS though, don't know why I'm surprised!

Always very obliging can get an appointment on b Day requested for emergencies, although normal appointments can be upto three weeks wait

Reception staff worst on world such attuide problems. Booked an appointment waited half hour to be told missed appointment and it's my fault even though I was there.

My 97 year old neighbour fell outside this week a nurse came to see her and had to glue the cut and she was told someone come at the end of this week but yesterday someone phoned and said they can't come until next Wednesday I do know its difficult and how hard the doctors are working but surely someone could call and see her
