Really good surgery with high quality clinicians and clinical support staff, who are all friendly and professional. They have looked after myself and my family for over 20 years and deal well with the challenges working within the NHS. Thank you.

I've been a patient at this surgery for 7 years and it's one of the very best in my experience. The doctors are kind, caring and helpful, and so are the support staff. It's not easy to get everything right for everyone but I think they do an amazing job.

Just plain awful, rude useless reception staff, a couple of lovely doctors but that's it. Everything is a pain to sort out, cant book appointments online any more, even using the stupid new AI app they said to use, just ends up with needing to call. Complete waste of time.

Mostly fantastic doctors & friendly, well mannered receptionists, baring one who has a right attitude problem. Obviously thinks she can talk down to me like crap just cause I'm experiencing some mental health probs at the moment due to abruptly stopping antidepressants last year witch has made me very ill, but that doesn't give the rude/arrogant receptionist a free pass to keep being off & funny with me, anymore of her shitty attitude problem shes getting reported, do hope she sees my review Or whoever sees it passes it on to her! End of day I should be able to call my own GP surgery, come into surgery & sort things i need to sort out at reception without having to deal with the rude/unpleasant receptionist. Especially when I'm going through a difficult enough time of things as it is and trying to make a recovery/heal❤️‍🩹

Dr. Welch was very professional and understanding. He explained everything clearly, and treated me with great respect and kindness. I really appreciate his help and compassion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
