Pathetic removing me, all over 5 missed appointments in a YEAR! Bearing in mind how seriously ill i was at the times of those few missed appointments what aren't recent missed appointments as I hadn't booked an appointment with them in months, yet they felt the need to kick me off register now! 😏it took a lot more than 5 missed appointments for me to get kicked off one! Other doctors surgery many years ago when I was at Trinity medical centre after I'd missed over 30 appointments, again that was going right back in the day & I'd being with Lupset healthcare centre for several years before I registered with new South gate surgery, whenever i missed an appointment with Lupset doctors they understood about my health issues & also took in to consideration about my mental health/depression, short term memory loss witch ment me occasionally missing appointments. At least I'll be able to get my meds back on repeat prescription now I'm back with Trinity Medical centre, witch they refused to do at New south gate, witch was causing me a lot of unwanted/unnecessary stress panicking I was gonna run out of my meds before I managed to get a doctors appointment to request my next lot of meds witch wasn't helping my recovery, so, in the longrun of things they've done me a favour kicking me off register. I'm already registered with other doctors, my meds have now being put straight back on repeat prescription as they should be. & the receptionists are so much nicer, friendlier, helpful & understanding, & i can now concentrate on making more of a recovery HAPPY NEW YEAR😘💕
Really good surgery with high quality clinicians and clinical support staff, who are all friendly and professional. They have looked after myself and my family for over 20 years and deal well with the challenges working within the NHS. Thank you.
I've been a patient at this surgery for 7 years and it's one of the very best in my experience. The doctors are kind, caring and helpful, and so are the support staff. It's not easy to get everything right for everyone but I think they do an amazing job.
Just plain awful, rude useless reception staff, a couple of lovely doctors but that's it. Everything is a pain to sort out, cant book appointments online any more, even using the stupid new AI app they said to use, just ends up with needing to call. Complete waste of time.
Mostly fantastic doctors & friendly, well mannered receptionists, baring one who has a right attitude problem. Obviously thinks she can talk down to me like crap just cause I'm experiencing some mental health probs at the moment due to abruptly stopping antidepressants last year witch has made me very ill, but that doesn't give the rude/arrogant receptionist a free pass to keep being off & funny with me, anymore of her shitty attitude problem shes getting reported, do hope she sees my review Or whoever sees it passes it on to her! End of day I should be able to call my own GP surgery, come into surgery & sort things i need to sort out at reception without having to deal with the rude/unpleasant receptionist. Especially when I'm going through a difficult enough time of things as it is and trying to make a recovery/heal❤️🩹
