I visited Newmsdica today They are all lovely people that work there from the receptionist to the Doctors. It was a pleasure to visit somewhere where they really do care about you putting you at ease and making your visit as smooth as possible . Thank you to all you guys Julie Binns.
Had both cateracts removed in Jan and April 2025 All are very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful Went to the opticians for my follow up appointment Where the optician told me Newmedica had done a brilliant job My prescription is now only 20% strength of what it was before the surgery Thank you Newmedica
From the start everyone was very friendly and helpful, they put my 91yr old friend at ease about her op, lovely clean place easy to get to and disabled entrance if needed
Absolutely superb,the care that is shown from initial contact is amazing, the staff are friendly and welcoming and very reassuring. So glad that I chose this clinic. Thank you all.
Service and staff are great, car park tiny but if disabled you might struggle to get in as they're is steps to get inside luckily I can walk a bit and they did help me with a chair once inside I would rate 5 stars but they don't allow use of the disabled access despite having it not sure why
