Shame I can't give no stars . This surgery is a joke . Need to wait 4 weeks for 10 mins telephone appointment to get referral to specialist ( I have ongoing problem ,they see it in the system) . Went to surgery this morning try to get it faster and I got told that I'm not urgent with numbness in my hand . Can't even wipe my a.. sometimes but I'm not urgent. Wow. Thank you very much . Now need to wait a month for referral then another month for appointment and few months for surgery. Thank you for giving me more time with pain
One of the best doctors I have ever had. After 5 years with no diagnosis and other doctors blaming ‘stress’ I finally got a doctor who ordered all the right tests and had me diagnosed in less than a month. Yes appointments are hard to get but don’t blame your doctors, blame your government.
I have always received a great service and so has my 4 year old child. I had some bloods done the other week and I am still waiting for Doctor to call me back. I am just hoping it is nothing serious. Who knows! Guess the waiting game will continue.
Went in this morning for a Flu Jab, Car park is a building site with little available parking . No Log in screen due to " Building Work" making the receptionist VERY VERY Busy ( She was pleasant and very helpful) Got sat down , Called in seconds to see a lovely nurse to administer the Vaccine . On this visit an EXCELLENT Experience , Thanks. Trinity its Appreciated
I rang trinity on Tues about 5pm . I explained my symtoms and was told they would pass info onto the appointments team . Because of this stupid 48hr rule I heard nothing and when I got worse my granddaughter rang for an ambulance. I was laid in bed on the Thurs and I told other patients on the ward about the 48hr ruling and low and behold about 5.15 pm my phone rang and a woman said is this Mrs L . I said yes and she said, oh it's trinity medical here and we are able to offer you an appointment tonight so can you get here in an hour . I said I don't think pinderfields will let me go and return after having key hole surgery, she said in a pathetic way . Oh j hope you get on okay and put the phone down .
