Extremely disappointed of the Warrengate Medical Centre. I had an experience this morning calling as normal for an appointment and after 24 other people they told me I can’t book an appointment because I have been deducted from the Centre due to change address. The lady said they send me a text message saying to contact them however I have never received such a text message. It’s incredibly annoying how the procedures for the centre are not being followed but I’ve been deducted. Congratulations you lost another patient. Very disappointed with your service.
Just was on the phone with a very rude receptionist. After she asked me a question on which I answered she didn’t , she said that I said yes, and after I asked can someone have a look at her, she said she can’t, like I would asked her to have a look at her, she is not a doctor. Extremely rude person, if the case is that she have hearing problems, she should not answer a phone calls
I have been with this practice for nearly two years and can not fault it, the phone is answered within three rings which is better than most five star hotels, the reception staff are always charming, as are all the staff, I have always managed to secure a same day appointment which is amazing when other practices have a week wait, if this surgery is in your area get registered! Well done for an amazing practice.
No diagnosis, no tests, no refferal to specialist, no prescription. I was denied even painkillers. Totally useless service. They think they can cure by looking at the patient.
Whoever answers my call is quick to dismiss me on the phone. The only time I managed to see a doctor was when I literally cried on the phone that I was dying and I wanted to speak with a doctor, was first referred to a pharmacist who was supposed to call back, which never happened, and then I called back begging to be at least seen by a doctor, I was then referred to do a blood test.
