I had a great experience with Tracy Lamb from Linley & Simpson, Wakefield. During the recent inspection, she was extremely friendly and took the time to understand the current issues in the property, most of which were caused by natural wear and tear. She acted quickly to organise contractors to resolve the problems and followed up to ensure everything was progressing. Tracy always responds promptly and is a pleasure to deal with. Just had my inspection and it was the first time I have met Tracy Lamb and I would definitely want her to attend all my inspections in the future. She was very happy and a nice woman to invite into my home. I feel like the maintenance issues we spoke about were taken seriously and will be dealt with. Due to mental health issues I dread my inspections and the thought of someone inspecting my cleanliness however Tracy made me feel so at easy and was the first to actually praise me on how I keep my house and how I've been patiently waiting for maintenance issues to be resolved. 10/10 recommended Tracy Lamb
