5 star with Sam! I am beyond grateful for all the support that Sam has provided to me. She called me through each step to give me an update. She has been so friendly, kind, caring and passionate; she made me feel I didn't have to worry about anything. I recommend Reeds Rain if anyone wants to buy or rent a property. I will definitely come back to Reeds Rain in the future.

Disappointing and frustrating. We opted to use ReedRains as we had seen a property for sale with them and wanted to try and simplify the possible purchase process. Our contract was given notice by the agent after 3 price drops as agreed with the agent and 6 months of marketing, we had to decline a further price drop which all had been from the initial price as recommended by the estate agent. It is at this point the agent did not feel they could or want to try to sell our property. The market conditions during this period saw houses on the market for sale beyond a year however after 6 months, the agent gave notice. Photos from the contractor in and out within 20 minutes purchased with the agent. I fedback that I did not think the photos would be great, and the branch were surprised at the amount of negative feedback inc of a broom, unintentionally left out which ended up in an exterior shot and was not realised by myself and the professional photographer. The picture was going to be used by the agent until I pointed this out. The upsell of access to marketing analytics was great, however only able to access once. We could not get the password working, tried resetting, bounced between central marketing and the branch that we ended up putting a complaint and escalating as it was a service as part of the package which we were not able to use. The only communication we did rec was to consider price drops and it was not until we pointed out the lack of communication, did we see data reports sent by the branch. Did you also know that the brand does not use Zopla which is a known property search engine? We have had experienced better service from letting and purchase agents within Wakefield which we expect to use moving forward. Great for me as I wanted an extension! The experience with this agent was frustrating and exhausting with the lack of engagement leading to the decision being made to not recommend ReesRains.

I am leaving a 5 star review for Samantha Russell. I first met her in December 2024 when I was looking to rent a house with reeds and rains. She was so helpful and prompt. She has always responded to my concerns and come December 2025, she found another apartment for me when I had to move out. Her customer service is top notch and that is why I rented with Reeds and Rains for the second time. She is always so polite and kind. Indeed she is amazing.

Having had a nightmare with a ‘self found’ tenant we decided to use an agent for the next search.and Reeds Rains Wakefield offered the best priced package suitable for our needs. Samantha Russell was our contact and she was fantastic from start to finish, professional, friendly but never pushy, we always felt we were in control but received some solid advice. Claire Evans was also great and between them they secured a tenant for us, completed all checks and paperwork and saw everything through to the end. Seamless! Can’t thank them both enough (🤞🙏🤞 for the rest of the journey)

Very helpful & professional. This was the sale of my mothers' property carried out remotely as I live elsewhere. From the initial valuation by David through to the management of accompanied viewings by Janet they were always informative. Janet handled sale negotiations very efficiently and the Reeds Rains app was helpful in monitoring progress. Happy to thoroughly recommend.
