We recently sold a relative's home through Richard Kendall and the service was excellent. The team and in particular our main contact Mandy at the Ossett office kept us informed and updated throughout, explaining where we were at every stage of the process. A professional yet personal service and we would recommend Richard Kendall to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

Recently I have purchased a property in Featherstone, which I intend to rent out. As part of the process, I arranged to meet Matthew, a letting agent from Richard Kendall, at my property. Matthew knew that I had arranged for Hunters estate agent to attend the property later to provide a letting quote. Due to this, Matthew offered me a discounted rate to encourage me to use Richard Kendall’s services, beating Hunters price and therefore this secured my custom with Richard Kendall. Now that my property has tenants in, Richard Kendall has sent me their final bill. The amount I have been charged is higher than the amount that Hunters were going to charge me (I used their services 4 months prior and had the exact same service as this time). Richard Kendal have not applied any discount, as agreed, and I have also received a shortfall of £255 still left to pay - this should not be the case because the fee was meant to be less in order to compete with Hunters fee amount. I have raised this with Richard Kendall and they are not acknowledging my response to the bill received and my query on this topic.

Richard Kendall Estate Agents have been handling the sale of my property. Mandy has been my main contact. We've been extremely unlucky with buyers due to their personal reasons but throughout it all Mandy has dealt with everything with complete professionalism. She updated me with extreme regularity and I never felt I couldn't contact her. The agency certainly earned their very reasonable fee.

As a first-time renter I was quite worried about everything I'd need to do, both before and after moving into a property. However Kelly Scoffins and the team at Richard Kendall made this whole process simply and straightforward. From the initial viewing to getting the keys, communication was great, and all of my questions were quickly answered. Thank you Kelly and everyone else involved! Highly Recommended!
