Trinity Sales & Lettings continue to let down tenants with their bog standard estate management. You could not make it up with the second rate service we leaseholders have to put up with. I have attached a sweet array of images that speak a thousand words about this agent - You will notice the monthly collection of household waste where waste bins should be located, that ultimately is the responsibility of the agent, plus the trip hazard paving stones and the like for like paving slab colours. WOULD NOT TOUCH TS&L IF I COULD HELP IT - TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I inquired about a property twice and no one ever got back to me and I'll think it's disgusting no one has got back to me and I don't think it's fair it's all because I'm on benefits and I've got a disability I think it's wrong avoid this agency basically if you're on benefits they will not accept you they only like working class people they don't like people on benefits if you aren't benefits you will need a guarantor which they should provide if they want it it shouldn't be the tenant should have to provide it and I think it's discussing is discrimination
