A very positive house selling experience with the team at W H Brown..From valuation through to sale, communication was good and the team kept us up to date with market reports and feedback on viewings along with guidance. A shout out to Vanessa is needed who was an amazing sales progressor, very personable, keeping things moving between solicitors, with regular updates, nothing was too much bother and we fhad confidence we were in safe hands. Joe Lyon helped us with our mortgage application and also guided us in choosing the right insurance for our home and personal needs. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt overwhelming at times, and honestly we’re not sure how we would have managed without him. Joe was an absolute star from start to finish. He was always happy to explain things clearly, no matter how many questions we had, and he booked meetings around our schedules, which wasn’t always easy. He responded to emails promptly, stayed positive throughout, and made the entire experience far less stressful than we expected.
