Unacceptable. Parking Charge Notice received for charging my car, especially on a freezing day of -2°c with no clear sign and inadequate lighting in the dark. The CHAdeMo charger is not working on the right hand side too. I need to use my own cable for slow charging eventually. Very bad experience with this supplier. Update 5 star customer service for the prompt settling of the issue. Maybe a bright light onto the signage would help users aware of it!

2 chargers at the Bridge pub on the way out of Wakefield. Easy to use, very very expensive at .85 KW, more expensive than motorway services!! First time I have used, 50KW chargers.

Parking Charge Notice issued for charging my car . Not acceptable, especially after notifying staff in the pub . I have called the pub and they have said “ We get this a lot “. It should be clear sign by the charging point with instructions to avoid tickets

Had to reset it following instructions on the unit to get it to work, but worked well after that with contactless payment. Fully charged Polestar from 28% to 100% after dinner at Bridge Inn so very happy!

A little expensive, hence the 4 stars, but very easy and convenient to use. Ospreys monthly billing for account holders is a nice option, makes charging up even easier 😊
