I would recommend Sam at Niche Autos, I booked my Audi A3 in for a full service & coolant replacement. He completed the job in good time, and then checked the car and sent me pictures of the issues he recommended I have done. The cost was very competitive, I spoke with him when I collected the car, and was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my vehicle, he was a great guy, and there was no pressure on me to have the additional work done, but I will be booking my car in soon to have the work done. I called up early afternoon for a diagnostic test, they had me in same day and spent over 4 hours working through all possible issues Evan having to drive to other sites to collect equipment needed for testing, I have never experienced a garage taking such care and due diligence especially at short notice. Sam and team was honest and understanding beyond “just doing their job” Despite spending such time and effort on my diagnosis they didn’t charge me a penny over the agreed amount from the beginning and for the interest and time that was put in they definitely didn’t make a penny on me. If you’re unsure and needing support but also cautious and worried where to go for various reasons I can only advise speaking with niche autos riverside business park.
