Where to even begin with these folks. Super polite. Super friendly. Super patient. Im bad with social stuff but I just don't feel that fear around them. They talk if you wanna talk,not pressured or anything. But if you do chat they're hilarious and fun. I wish I could tip them more without it becoming a bit inappropriate. They remembered my name, my style (which I didn't know i had till they helped) and my life chatter we gabbed about before. If I knew their names I'd give a more personal review. But the couple I met one was outgoing welcoming and funny (knows everything about all the soaps and tv!) and the girl who did my hair was quiet at first then really made me laugh about cats and historic facts. I love them and everyone should give them their business. If what matters are great prices and great people, then why wouldn't you. I mean what are we doing here? Get down there for your hair cut.

Finally got haircut here yesterday, thanks to Chris for fitting me in at such short notice he cuts my mums hair too, hes a great guy unlike the majority of hairdressers I've being to over the years, Chris actually listens to me, cuts my hair as i ask. So will definitely be going back to Supercuts for future💇🏼‍♀️

Had a wonderful experience with Emma at Supercuts. Emma gave me excellent advice when deciding on a cut that would suit me, she was cheerful, chatty and I got a brand new, funky style that was exactly what I wanted. Lovely lass and a great asset to the company - thanks Emma ❤️

Really, really poor service. I had reserved a slot via the website (all confirmed via email) only to arrive and be greeted by a very rude and aggressive staff member who said this was 'impossible'. No sufficient explanation for the clear error on their part and instead told in a very patronising tone that she would 'tell me one more time' that I couldn't be seen. Really poor and disappointing service. I won't be returning and would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed with my daughter’s fringe cut today. It’s been left wonky, uneven, and chopped in a way that’s difficult to fix—especially frustrating the day before a big family event. I’ve been happy with previous visits, but unfortunately today’s experience was really disappointing. I also had my own hair cut and was very clear that I needed it to be long enough to tie up for work. Despite reassurances, it’s now too short to do so. Really frustrating all round, and a let-down after such positive experiences in the past.
