Terrible, called for a building insurance quote, after being on the phone for nearly an hour, being asked the same questions I was told someone would call me back. Nobody did, I called them the day after TWICE to be told it was with the underwriter. They then said someone would update me later in the day... Again nobody did! This morning someone called and gave me an extortionate price, they said they would call me on Monday to review This afternoon, someone else called me... Obviously my case notes hadn't been updated! Wouldn't recommend

My insurance is due for renewal in five days. I still have not received my renewal notice despite chasing them a week ago and trying to call them on numerous occasions. They never answer the phone or reply to email. Last year they hiked their prices by almost 25%. I dread to think what the renewal will be this year!

They don't answer the phone. Who needs insurance with a company with a prerecorded message saying how much your custom is valued but you can't get through.to anybody. After 40 mins I gave up. It's so rude and infuriating. At least have a call back service. They don't value you at all.

YOU JUST CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THIS COMPANY, CURRENTLY SAT HERE ON THE PHONE LISTENING TO A VERY ANNOYING WOMAN TELLING ME THAT THERE IS A SHORT DELAY, I HAVE NOW BEEN SAT HERE NEARLY AN HOUR WITH NO ANSWER, WE DID THE SAME LAST NIGHT, IM SURE THAT THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE PERSON WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY, I DRED TO THINK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU NEEDED TO PUT A CLAIM IN.

Excellent company to deal with. Would certainly recommend. Staff were exceptional and dealt with my insurance needs very efficiently.
