It was extremely disappointing to experience such outdated practices at this establishment. Despite there being no signage indicating that only cash payments were accepted, I was informed by the staff, who seemed unwilling to consider any alternatives. In today’s nearly cashless society, it’s surprising to find businesses that insist solely on cash transactions without providing clear notice to customers. I had brought my important clothes for laundering, expecting modern payment options. After completing the service, I offered to pay via bank transfer, but my offer was flatly refused. The attendant even withheld my clothes until I could return with cash. Since it was closing time and I live 30 minutes away, I proposed to bring the payment the next morning, which was also rejected. To add to the disappointment, my clothes were not adequately dried even after two rounds, and the pricing was excessive and unreasonably high for the level of service provided. I won’t be returning, as this experience reflects outdated business practices that do not seem aligned with the standards of customer service or transparency I would expect from a responsible business contributing to the modern economy (Income tax sneaky business)
