Contacted Michael early evening on 23rd December as the front door wasn't locking. He responded immediately and talked through the potential causes - in that it may not be the lock, but the multi-lock mechanism, etc. As we were out on the evening, Michael arranged to come out first thing on Christmas Eve - which he did and found that it wasn't the lock that was failing, but as he thought on the phone, the door mechanism and handle; which he replaced and fixed without bother. Without hesitation I'd highly recommend as service was quick, friendly and efficient - his price was considerably lower than we expected which was a great bonus.
