Really professional and helpful guys. moved house recently and contracted them to swap out multiple locks. Decent price, quick turnaround and kept well informed about progress. Fitters were great and friendly. They were very helpful and polite when I called to say one of the keys was stuck and it turned out it hadn't paid enough attention to their post installation guidance and it was totally my fault. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

We recently had a new door handle and lock cylinder fitted to our front door, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Previously, we had to use a key to open the door, which was a bit of a hassle and a potential concern for getting locked out. But now, the door works perfectly – smooth operation every time and no more worrying about being locked out. The installation was quick, the engineer was brilliant and the new lock is so much easier to use. The overall improvement to the door is fantastic.

Excellent service from Rhys today. I needed a replacement lock mechanism urgently as door was unsecure, which they had in stock, no waiting, looks like they have every lock under the sun in there! As it turned out, due to poor door fitting by installers, it didn't quite work as wasn't long enough, took the mechanism back and they swapped it for a longer 1 and fitted it for me free of charge. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Called in at the shop to ask for help when the lock on our back door jammed and stopped working. They said they would get someone to us in about an hour and as promised, Jim phoned ahead to say he was on his way. He quickly found the problem and explained what was needed and talked me through the options, then replaced the worn and faulty parts leaving the door working easier than it has for a long time. Great service and would definitely recommend them.
