Really professional and helpful guys. moved house recently and contracted them to swap out multiple locks. Decent price, quick turnaround and kept well informed about progress. Fitters were great and friendly. They were very helpful and polite when I called to say one of the keys was stuck and it turned out it hadn't paid enough attention to their post installation guidance and it was totally my fault. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

We recently had a new door handle and lock cylinder fitted to our front door, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Previously, we had to use a key to open the door, which was a bit of a hassle and a potential concern for getting locked out. But now, the door works perfectly – smooth operation every time and no more worrying about being locked out. The installation was quick, the engineer was brilliant and the new lock is so much easier to use. The overall improvement to the door is fantastic.

I had to call Wakefield Lock & Key Centre out because something had broken in my front door and I was unable to lock it, this was a Friday evening at 9pm. Jim was very busy that night but promised he would get to me. He kept in touch with me and arrived at 1am, it was the gearbox that had failed on the locking mechanism and needed replacing. He didn’t have one on the van but went back to the shop and picked one up, came back and fitted the whole mechanism, it wasn’t an easy job as the old one had rusted and broke. I’m so grateful for him coming out and helping me, I was able to lock my door and go to bed. Thank you so much for helping me. I recommend this locksmith company 100%
