Absolutely fantastic staff here. I came on a Friday morning at 9am, probably one of the busier times to go. I was seen in under 20 minutes. The waiting room was clean, they had some music playing, toilets, and a water station too. When it came to actually doing my bloods, Tyler was an absolute star. I have a tendency to faint with blood draws, and he kept me talking throughout the process to help distract me. I still ended up becoming very close to fainting shortly after the blood draw (sometimes this is just unavoidable for me), and he and the other phlebotomists handled it so well. They laid me down, got me water, and Tyler stayed chatting with me until I was feeling okay enough to walk. I’d choose to come here again and again just for how fantastic the staff were with me today. I can’t give enough kudos. Thank you 😊

Girl behind desk unbelievable attitude!! Went for a blood test had my newborn baby with me asked her roughly how long was the wait she grunted at me, I was like right ok got a ticket and decided then after a while I’d go somewhere else as there was so many people waiting, I went back to desk and just said am I ok to give you that (the ticket) as it’s too long to wait she didn’t even speak to me she just nodded her head its just so rude you come to these places wanting some care from people who work there that’s definitely not why I received!

GP sent me here for blood tests as they didn’t have any recent appts at the GP practice. As it’s walk ins only for blood tests with no appt needed, I arrived around 1.30pm on a Friday, took my ticket and waited just 15 mins before I was seen. So quick and efficient, staff were lovely and meant I could get my bloods done the same day rather than waiting weeks for an appt.

Fantastic, I have to go for regular blood tests. When it is busy there is a wait but at least you can have a walk around outside until your number comes close. Lovely friendly staff.

I had an appointment for an MRI with contrast of my head, for which I had been waiting for months. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was invited for the test and informed that the test would be performed without contrast because they had decided otherwise. My letter clearly stated that the test was to be performed this way and not otherwise.
