Good service, seated straightaway, clean pedicure and good gel colours however bit silly for them to offer student discount but only applicable to under 18. Overall service was good. Thank you
Helen gave me the most beautiful and detailed nails today, she did exactly what I asked and took so much time to put in details, I’ve never had nails as beautiful!
2nd time of having my nails done here and really happy with them. Highly recommend
Absolutely amazing quality nails. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and they never disappoint.l. They also have new shimmer top coats. Do metallic nails. And never fail to do rhe design I want. Great staff.
The day after I had my nails done (gel manicure) my fingertip on one of my fingers started to throb and swell, it got worse over the few days and became more painful. I ended up at the walk-in centre. It was confirmed I had an infection. As my nail started to grow through a pharmacist confirmed my nail bed had been damaged and the remaining nail would fall off. Not the birthday treat I had hoped for 😕. (The photos show the small bit of gel left which was at the bottom of my nail before they grew, you can see how it progressed as the nail grew). *Edit below in response to reply* This is 2 months nail growth in the photos (you’re correct, well done 👏🏻), I didn’t take any photos at the time my finger swelled but I can share the doctors report comments if you like when I went to the walk-in centre which would be much better ‘proof’ for you. I never said it was the gel polish that caused it, apparently your electric nail files are the more likely cause. I haven’t hit or caused this myself (otherwise why would I write a review claiming it was your business?!) I never came back to you about it as saw no point as the damage was already done. It’s a shame when a business cannot accept they have done something wrong and accept responsibility, instead blame the customer, a great way to do business!
