Love Nails

I had pedicure done and I have very short toenails anyway but the gentleman who did my toenails did very good job and nice massage. Just think massage could be a bit longer and keep checking temperature of water but otherwise very good and very friendly staff

my girlfriend has just been here and she asked for her existing nails soaked off as they were still held on strong and for some new nails. Without even speaking to her a lady sits down and starts clawing at her nails trying to pry them off while she was clearly in pain and asked her to stop multiple times. Her hand was grabbed and pulled multiple times as this woman was refusing to stop and soak her nails as requested. This only stopped when another staff member could see how she was upset and something was wrong. Only after the two staff members had a confrontation were her nails soaked to get them off, no apology from the woman, no apology from anyone. The woman simply stood up, huffed, puffed and waked away. At this point my girlfriend was in pain and upset so she had no option but to leave after the nails were removed as her nails hurt too much to have more put back on which I think is Disgusting. bosh
