Normally it is a good experience here, however last time I went in I was made to feel very uncomfortable by a male member of staff. He repeatedly called me cute as a 20 year old woman and when I clearly ignored these comments he began to seem more and more annoyed with me. He was filing and moving my hands very aggressively to the point where it was hurting. It almost brought me to tears. I went home and my nails felt bruised and they didn’t look like the inspo picture.
The place is lovely, however looking at the prices on the loyalty card I was given it was £30 yet I was told it was £40. But they are lovely and ask if you want a drink or anything and my nails are amazing too.
Made me feel comfortable throughout it all and takes good care of customers such as me. The nail look gorgeous and the atmosphere is so relaxing 😊😊
