Went into subway and was served by sales assistant Caitlin. I received such amazing customer service from sales assistant Caitlin. It’s not the first time I’ve been served by her and she is always so happy, approachable and polite. She changed her gloves without me having to ask her to do it & was ever so polite. Such a lovely young lady that goes out of her way to ask you how you are and makes the experience enjoyable. Thank you for your service Caitlin and you certainly deserve a pay rise.
Yet again I have been turned away with a yodel parcel. Saying they are full when it is only small. Really inconvenient. Almost every time I try to send one I get turned away or am met with huffs as they obviously don't like doing it . Once the lady was so rude & just handed me the machine to print the label myself when I had no idea why. She said they had rudeness from people sending parcels but to be honest I can see why. I won't be bothering trying go there again.
Only popped in here to use the BP station for a refuel. Looks like a nice clean rest area, with plenty of amenities before jumping on the M1. Saw a Costa and a Burger King, but looked like other shops there. Fuel was a decent price and the staff were helpful and pleasant
Great stop to fill the car and grab a Greggs or a Subway. I've tried both on many occasions between work. The staff in the Greggs are lovely and have some right banter. Subway is a little more formal. Staff in the garage are a bit of a mix of lovely and grumpy, but they're only serving you for a few seconds, so not much to concern over if they're having a bad day. There are lots of options to grab in the shop from bread, milk, cakes, sweets, and many other food items. Filled up my Greggs card, so I'm ready for my next free hot chocolate. Yay!
Always problems with Yodel parcels. Staff obviously don't want to do it, when you say that you came for parcel or send parcel they roll their eyes then say have no labels or this morning they haven't take my small parcel because ther is no space. You should not offer this service if you can't manage it
