Never had any issues getting fuel from this petrol station. Most of the pumps work and are easy to use. Seem to have competitive prices around Wakefield too. I only pay at the pump (anxiety issue) The tyre pump machine used to be free but kept getting broken, so they upgraded to a paid machine. 50p for 5 minutes of air is pretty good. You can get windscreen topup water too. Not used the jet car wash on-site yet but I aim to soon

Unable unwilling to reprint a receipt also not very helpful when you call them and ask them for a price of the fuel. It's not really a personal question. Did the big say outside with the petrol prices on anyway?What's the big deal if somebody called on asks

Good price for super unleaded but still expensive. They need to make it a lot clearer to those driving into the station that a pump is CLOSED. Super unleaded pumps (there are only 8) shouldn't all be positioned at the far end of the petrol station and most of the petrol pipes are way too short if you have to use a left hand pump on a left side petrol tank (or visa versa)

Excellent service, the petrol was roughly 8 pence per litre cheaper. There are a lot of filling kiosks, I think around 12 and all have long long hose pipes so you can fill petrol or diesel on right as well as left sided fuel holes. The people serving are quite polite and give you a smile and a school points voucher in addition to nector points. There is also facility to do jet car wash.

Worst customer service. I have rang to ask for fuel price and the woman on the phone was really rude asking who's ringing and why you want to know the price and when I said I am customer she put the phone down on me. The staff should be train properly in how to speak with a customer.
