Brilliant pharmacy. Was sent from my doctors for a prescription. Very welcoming and super efficient.
Good friendly staff, however it is not open saturday till 615pm as it states, that needs changing
I called today for advice on how to transfer to this pharmacy well in under 5 minutes it was all sorted I’m now using this pharmacy & they will deliver my medication on a regular basis. Excellent customer service thank you so much.
Can be slow on prescriptions and don't always have it all in , also been given wrong meds a few times. Staff really friendly and helpful
Have to say , in all the pharmacies I have used across merseyside and west Yorks , this pharmacy is by far the best. All the staff are so helpful , including whilst watching their interaction with other service users and amongst themselves as a team. They have really got a fantastic pharmacy here and it’s a pleasure to wait in a busy queue and watch them them do their stuff and do it well. They treat everyone with respect and I turn you can see the community here really rely on the service they provide, both in pharmacy services and community support
