Went here for a flu jabs today. The best I can say is it was total chaos, no signage where to go, or check in, and not much seating for elderley & disabled to wait, queing to check in with those waiting for prescriptions, and there were long queues. I appreciate they were very busy and probably understaffed but a little bit of forward planning could have avoided this. We have been here previously and it has been brilliant, really well organised, will I go back? Not so sure at moment.
Never answer the phone, lost my prescription and it’s been 2 months since and no contact at all. When I go down to speak with someone, nobody can answer my questions. Emergency prescription takes them 2-3 days to sort.
Arrived 10 minutes early for a flu jab it was chaos he said he had a patient in and I was next after an hour of waiting I walked out the service was terrible to say the least will never go to boots again .
Terrible service, so slow
