I am extremely impressed with the door-to-door pharmacy on Lower York Street in Wakefield. My doctor prescribed my medication around 7 PM on Friday, so I wasn't able to get it right away and felt quite anxious. I tried calling, but their phone wasn't connecting since they were out of hours for the weekend. However, they surprised me by delivering my medication on Saturday, even during off-hours, because they recognized it was urgent and wanted to ensure I received it before Monday. Thank you
contacting you to say how great full we are to the pharmacist at Wakefield, yesterday he went above and beyond for my mum. She has just finished a course of bladder chemo and was particularly sore down below after contacting her gp they only had telephone appointment left which was quite late in day. They prescribed antibiotics and pain killers for her and told her if things got worse go to a&e. The prescription was delivered to door to door. I told her to ring them see if they could get it out to her asap. The pharmacy said if the prescription came before the driver went out again he would send it. Unfortunately the driver already had set back off by the time they received it, but the pharmacist got it ready and delivered it to my mum himself on his way home. I am so great full to him for that as my mum has been through a lot and was in so much pain and discomfort. It’s small things like this that makes a good company. So I thank you and please can you pass on my thanks to the pharmacist

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOOK NO FURTHER FOR A PHARMACY ! I was today friday, awaiting delivery of antibiotics for a minor lung infection (pre-pneumonia), which started the previous wednesday . The pharmacist didn't receive my prescription until 6pm, and by then his delivery driver had gone home. So he brought the antibiotics to me at home himself. Monday is a bank holiday and if i had to wait until tuesday for the antibiotics, by then i would have had pneumonia, again!
