Outwood Pharmacy

This was my first time of using Outwood Pharmacy due to difficulties and poor experience with an alternative local Pharmacy. I just want to say a massive and heartfelt thank you for obtaining a particular brand of medication. A first attempt wasn't successful and the particular medication brand I required wasn't sent, but the staff persevered and were so helpful in obtaining the particular brand I required. All staff members were so polite and helpful hence I have now changed my nominated Pharmacy to Outwood. Thank you so much once again. Highly recommend !

100% recommend Outwood Pharmacy!! I phoned at 3:30pm yesterday (Friday) to see whether they had medication I needed for my daughter as my usual pharmacy were unable to supply it. The lady on the phone was super helpful and said yes they did have it, so I headed straight there. When I got there we realised that I’d not specified the type of medication needed (powder not tablets). I was assured that they would be able to order them in for me and that they should be delivered the next morning (Saturday). The lady (I believe she was called Catherine) was so helpful, reassuring and understanding of my situation so a massive shout out to her! When I phoned this morning (Saturday) I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I called in 40 minutes later, I was greeted by more friendly & helpful staff and the prescription was ready and waiting for me. Big thank you to all the staff at Outwood Pharmacy!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have used Outwood Pharmacy for over a year now and cannot phrase it enough. They are professional, friendly and have a wealth of knowledge and will go over and above to deal with your query. Thank you for all your help so far Ann.
