5 hours waiting – not “15 minutes” as they kept saying. Absolutely useless and a total waste of time. Staff are unprofessional, lazy, and have no urgency whatsoever. Only one person on the counter dealing with prescriptions, chewing like a donkey the whole time, with no care that queues were building up. Every time we asked, it was “15 minutes”… then “30 minutes”… then “10 minutes” – nothing but lies. After hours of waiting, they finally admit it’s only half ready. When challenged, the so-called staff member got defensive and rude instead of apologising. Was told there’s 20 people in front of ours and it’s going to take a while. This doesn’t mean you keep customers waiting or stood around without being REALISTIC. 5 hours is ridiculous. The back of the pharmacy is a complete mess, no organisation at all, which explains why nothing runs properly and the other reviews about waiting times.No one available to actually help or listen. The whole experience was shambolic from start to finish. The only positive? We eventually got the medicine and left – but not before wasting almost an entire day. If you value your time or patience, avoid this place at all costs.

⭐ 1 Star – Beyond Frustrating Experience Absolutely farcical. The hospital wasn’t busy, and there wasn’t a single person waiting at the pharmacy counter. Yet I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me – not because they were helping others, but because staff simply weren’t present. When someone finally appeared, I was told it would take at least 30 minutes to dispense a basic course of antibiotics. No explanation, no urgency, just complete indifference. To make matters worse, the hospital mandates that prescriptions must go through this glacially slow pharmacy – no choice, no alternative. A process that should’ve taken minutes turned into a ridiculous waste of time. I dread to think how this place functions on a genuinely busy day. Utterly inefficient, disorganised, and completely out of step with the needs of patients. Avoid if you have any other option – unfortunately, I didn’t.

Simply wish everyone is healthy and never go there.
