Rowlands Pharmacy Wrenthorpe

Perhaps Rowlands customer service should have listened to customers - like me - who complained months ago about staff attitude- or rather the attitude and unhelpfulness of one small female staff member in particular. I for one have switched my preferred pharmacy; I refuse to face and battle with this woman staff member who has no empathy or understanding of long term conditions. After I swapped I noted this pharmacy was definitely losing custom - CUSTOMER SERVICE, listen to your customers!!!

This used to be a reliable pharmacy. I don't know what has changed but now it's a shambles. I have several conditions that require medication every month but in the last 6 to 12 months the visits here have got worse and worse. Frequently I have to wait half an hour to an hour just to get to the front of the queue! The back of the shop looks in complete disarray to even dangerous levels! Doors blocked etc. This was such a brilliant local pharmacy. Well run. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Now it's a disaster. What a shame.

I’d like to give more than one but it would be far too generous. The rudest staff ever, on average it take around 3 visits to collect a script, I feel like they are doing me a major favour. How the staff get away with being so rude is beyond me.

Very rude staff, absolutely horrible experience. Will have to switch pharmacy as i used to like going to my local.

Supposed to text when prescriptions are ready but often fail to do so... then complain when you turn up without a text. Also never answer the phone so you cant check before heading down.
