Well Pharmacy

I wanted to leave a review on here on behalf of my mother in law. She has been using Well Pharmacy for the last couple of years and I can definitely say that the service and customer care that they provide is exceptional, especially two ladies in particular Emma and Sue. They are professional and friendly and go above and beyond to help us out if we have any prescription queries. I would definitely recommend Well Pharmacy. Thank-you for your amazing service.

A waste of time. I BOOKED in for a free flu and covid19 vaccine online and I specifically booked for Tuesday just before 12 because I had work at 1. I rely on busses (not their fault) so I left my house at 11:10am to make sure I was there on time with the busses. When I arrived and told the lady at the desk what I was there for I was told they didn’t have any vaccines left in stock and after showing her my booking confirmation text message I was told they don’t get told when people book and they would contact me next week when they had more in stock. Now I don’t know about everybody else but when I book something I expect to receive the service especially since I only booked there because my local pharmacy didn’t have any availability. What is the point in offering bookings if they don’t mean anything? Next week is no good for me, I am a carer for a person with a weakened immune system. I was offered no apology and was just told “we don’t get told about bookings that’s how it is”

One of the staff member is so rude! I would never go again, very abrupt and acts in charge, poor social skills, very disrespectful and unhelpful! Everyone who has been there before know EXACTLY who I mean…
